The Third Party Packaging Leader will serve as a member of the Executive Vice-President of Power Generation staff and be responsible for managing the Rolls-Royce Power Generation business's third party packaging network. This position will serve as the primary liaison between the Power Generation business and the packagers responsible for day-to-day management, performance, and issue resolution of the packaging network. This position will also participate in development (and updating of) of the Power Generation packaging strategies, program management of the packager candidate identification, selection and development processes. Key Accountabilities: * Lead the development and management of the Power Generation Packaging strategy * Serve as the Power Generation lead in identification, evaluation and selection of candidate packagers in selected territories within of the context of the Energy and Business Development strategies * Support and meet requirements for Oil & Gas Packaging projects and negotiate with candidate packager(s) through contract execution * Owner of individual contracts with packagers including: compliance with terms of agreement, maintenance, assessment of ongoing performance of packagers, and management of contract deliverables * Manage the business relationship between Rolls-Royce Power Generation and packagers / packaging network including: commercial terms and pricing recommendations / oversight, consolidate sales forecasts from packagers, competitive intelligence, market trends and intelligence, identification of requirements for new product development, focal point for communications between Rolls-Royce and the packagers * Establish business structure that aligns packaging agreements for all Power Generation products * Identification of opportunities for improvements in supply chain, cost, and lead times through consolidation and/or synergies within the Power Generation packaging network as well as dispute resolution and the coordination of information exchange across the Power Generation packaging networkThere is assistance available for relocation.
